This seasonal cleanse promises to transform the way you relate to your body, your mind, your food, and your daily habits while being supported every step of the way!
Spring is the perfrect time of year to get rid of toxins and give our digestive system a good cleaning.
It’s the perfect time of year to detoxify not only your body, but your mind as well. This 30-day cleanse will rejuvenate your body, give your digestive system a break and allow your body to heal itself. We will also go over ways to cleanse your mind, rid yourself of toxic emotions and nurture yourself.
“When the body is overburdened with toxins, the liver may be stressed causing symptoms such as allergies, headaches, nausea, irritability, foggy thinking, muscle tension, skin eruptions, itching and fatigue. In women, PMS, fibroid tumors, and endometriosis are signs of liver stress, since the liver must process excess estrogens out of the bloodstream. This is where spring cleansing fits in. You can give your intestines and liver a break by helping them get rid of the built – up toxins.”
Cleansing is one way you can jump-start your body our of hibernation from Winter and prepare for a more active life and healthier life. It’s a way to recharge, rejuvenate, and renew and anybody can benefit from cleansing.
We hope you will join us for our cleanse. We have group yoga classes, guided mediations, a cooking class and more prepared to support you along the way. You will be guided 100% through this cleanse and you will be amazed at the results!

What people are saying about our cooking classes and cleanse:
The weekly group meditations are very valuable to my spiritual experience and sense of community/support.
Thank you for an amazing class. It actually made a huge difference to me – starting today I chew! My stomach stopped hurting, it’s been months with pain. So I am happy and cannot wait to start making your recipes . -Ella G.
Hearing from you over the phone/voicemails in the beginning helped to make me feel a part of the group even though I did not attend the first meditation. I really appreciate how you made me feel included and supported—thank you!

Beyond the stress and pressure of everyday life, beyond our inner fears, anxiety, sadness and depression and even beyond the happiness and joy, there is a state of Elevation, an experience of Love which we can generate together. We will practice Shiv Krishna Kriya, the Ecstasy of Kundalini Love, which according to Yogi Bhajan, “brings in you a power which neither I can describe nor you can understand.
It creates in your own psyche a tremendous burst of sun.” It induces in our brain an experience of Love, a vibratory effect, which we can keep in our hearts to carry us through the challenges of this life.Shiv Krishna Kriya is a practice which once learned can easily be practiced alone. In the midst of this season, let us come together to generate this light and love. In the words of Yogi Bhajan: “I just want to share with you that hidden beauty in me which belongs to you.”

We need to trust our hearts. Our own pure essence is waiting to emerge. How can we learn to trust our own infinite grace to provide self-guidance? Emotions, habit patterns and old belief systems can sometimes masquerade as truths. How can we develop the discernment to really know the direction to take, aligning with our highest potential? In this workshop we learn to sense our own beautiful heart wisdom, and clear obstacles that cloud the sensation of our own truth, so we can walk this beautiful path of spiritual evolution.
Dharm has been teaching yoga since 1979 and was sevadar on the staff of Yogi Bhajan in Los Angeles for many years. He started yoga at eight years old, learning hatha poses from his mother. Later he studied kundalini and naad yoga directly with Yogi Bhajan. He teaches in USA and Europe, leading classes, workshops and concerts that are full of joy, wisdom and are always an uplifting and transformative experience. Dharm is a favorite artist of sacred chant music, and used to play for guests at Yogi Bhajan’s estate. He currently leads the sacred early morning Sadhana chanting at the Mother Ashram in Espanola and has recorded four albums of sacred music. He is a minister of Sikh Dharma, believing that when we clear our energy and live from our heart we can live the natural beauty, bounty and wisdom that we were born with.

I’ve only been here once so far, but they had a cool Valentine’s day special class with live accompaniment and an emphasis on opening the heart chakra. I really enjoyed the meditation and spiritual side of the class, especially because some of the exercises kicked my ass and if there hadn’t been lower-key portions I don’t know if I could have survived the 1.5 hours. This studio will really challenge you in new ways! $25 for two weeks of unlimited yoga seems quite reasonable to me.
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It’s filled with meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga postures, and singing. I highly recommend this type of yoga! Enjoy a cup of yogi tea at the end!
A BLISSFUL SWEEPING OF SOLACE WITH SELF is what Cindy (Siri Bani) and staff at Kundalini Yoga Boston provide at each session. No session is ever the same, the price is better than right, and my post-session illumination is like nothing I’ve experienced at other yoga studios in the Boston area. If you’ve got one-foot-in-and-one-foot-out about attending a session at KYG, go for it — it’s WORTH IT!!!
“I don’t really know where to begin writing about this studio – everything about it, from the wonderful people who run it and the amazing teachers, to the great atmosphere amongst those taking the classes is just fantastic – I can’t say enough good things about it. I’ve never taken yoga classes with such a friendly group of people”
Doors open 30 minutes before each class. Our Store is open 30 minutes before and after classes and during classes.
