Himmat Singh was raised by a family of Kundalini yogis at the Guru Ram Das Ashram, in Toronto, Ontario. For six years, he studied at Miri Piri Academy, an American boarding school in India dedicated to providing the foundation of Kundalini Yoga and Sikh lifestyle to children. He has worked with SuperHealth – a non-profit organization that applies Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan to breaking addictive patterns. Himmat holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in substance abuse prevention. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education from Lesley University.

Durga is a Clinical Ayurvedic and Pancha Karma Specialist, trained both in the US and India.
